Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Assembler to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This role offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, assembling high-quality window frames using hand and power tools. This position is a 3-month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Set up lines and use hand and power tools to assemble window frames.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient workflow.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring tools, including tape measures.
• Previous assembly experience is required.
• Willingness to work overtime, exceeding 50 hours per week if necessary.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in medical assembly is beneficial.

Work Environment

The Cleanroom Assembler role operates during the first shift from 6 am to 4 pm, Monday through Thursday. The facility is equipped with the necessary tools and technology to ensure a productive work environment. The position requires adherence to cleanroom standards and protocols. Work attire is appropriate for a cleanroom setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
