Market Success Leader - New Business Development (IT Services Sales)

We are looking for a high-performing Market Success Leader to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth . This is a pure hunting role , focused on winning new logos, expanding market presence, and building strong executive relationships within the P&C Insurance domain . Key Responsibilities Originate, pursue, and close new deals to achieve aggressive growth targets. Drive new logo acquisition and expand footprint within assigned accounts. Build a strong pipeline across Tier 1 & Tier 2 insurance organizations . Engage with CXO-level stakeholders through a consultative, solution-led approach. Lead end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting and positioning to negotiation and closure. Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions and compelling proposals . Strengthen long-term relationships to enable sustained business growth . Core Skills & Experience Proven experience in new business development / hunter roles within the Insurance domain . Strong track record selling into Tier 1 & Tier 2 insurance accounts . Expertise in consultative and solution selling with CXO engagement. Ability to break into new logos and build relationships from scratch . Demonstrates energy, curiosity, resilience, and executive presence .
