Construction Project Manager - Datacenter

I’m currently working on a Senior Construction Manager opportunity with a rapidly growing infrastructure company that is delivering large-scale, high-density data center projects across the U.S. This is a field-focused role for someone who has experience delivering hyperscale, data center, semiconductor, or other mission-critical projects and wants to be involved in some of the largest AI infrastructure builds in the market. Key responsibilities Lead day-to-day construction activities across greenfield and brownfield data center project Manage GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and critical-path trade Build and drive integrated schedules using P6 or MS Projec Coordinate CSA and MEP construction and resolve field issue Oversee QA/QC, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost contro Drive site safety and maintain a zero-incident cultur Track progress, budget, resources, and recovery plan Manage construction packages from award through project closeou What they’re looking for Strong background in hyperscale, data center, semiconductor, or mission-critical constructio Deep understanding of CSA/MEP construction and project control Strong scheduling experience with Primavera P6 or MS Projec Experience managing multiple contractors and large-scale construction team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmen Willingness to travel 80–100% to active project site This would suit someone who wants to get away from traditional construction management and be part of building the next generation of data center infrastructure at massive scal #J-18808-Ljbffr MKL Careers
