Final pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.What You'll Do:Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervisionProgress patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapyEducate patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the PT treatment programProvide high-quality patient care in alignment with APTA standardsRequirementsPhysical Therapy Assistant LicenseMust meet physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending and squattingAbility to remain calm, focused, and solution-orientedGreat interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staffUnderstanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA)Work Environment/Physical DemandsThe work environment/physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a teammate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
