IT Project Manager

Description Onsite in either Boston, MA or Merrimack, NH Our client seeks a senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple complex technology initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, Agile delivery expertise, and effective collaboration with Product Leaders and Tech Leads to deliver business value. The successful candidate will manage ambiguity, drive continuous improvement, and ensure end-to-end delivery while fostering inclusivity and teamwork. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $67.00 to $62.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities Guide stakeholders and teams in a complex, ambiguous environment. Apply Agile fundamentals to solve problems creatively. Lead multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring clarity and removing impediments. Drive continuous improvement and propose actionable solutions. Own end‑to‑end delivery from planning through release and support. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues. Use data to identify trends and inform decisions. Track progress toward goals and elevate when needed. Champion inclusivity, psychological safety, and teamwork. Encourage continuous learning and open feedback. Champion improvements using a test‑and‑learn mentality. Experience Requirements 10 to 15 years in IT project management or Agile delivery leadership. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Deep understanding of Agile principles and scaling practices. Ability to manage multiple initiatives. PMP or other Agile certifications (preferred).
