You have a foundation in marketing and want to build a career in sales. You understand how to reach an audience and create interest. You want to turn those skills into client relationships and signed business.

This is a junior sales role with room to grow. You work with the team to build the skills to take a sale from first contact to close.

We also help enterprise legal teams access experienced lawyers through a flexible model built around their business needs.

Your role is to grow both sides of this business across the Americas.

What you do

Grow our community

Identify lawyers who want to build an independent practice. Understand their goals and explain how Ambar’s services support their business. Guide them through the decision to join as members.

Help new members build relationships within the network. Make introductions that lead to client work and collaboration.

Win enterprise clients

Find companies with legal needs that Ambar can meet. Reach out to General Counsels and other legal leaders. Learn about their needs and connect them with the right expertise.

Work with the team to develop proposals and close engagements. Grow client relationships by identifying where Ambar can help next.

Put your marketing skills to work

Use LinkedIn and email to reach potential clients and members. Write messages that give people a clear reason to speak with Ambar.

Test your approach and track what leads to sales conversations. Use digital tools and AI to improve your research and follow-up.

Help run focused events that connect legal leaders with our community.

Keep opportunities moving

Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date. Follow through on commitments and agree on next steps with each prospect.

Share what you learn from clients and members to help improve Ambar’s services.

What you bring

• A foundation in marketing or a related field. Experience from internships and hands-on projects counts.
• A clear interest in building a career in sales. You enjoy meeting people and feel ready to ask for their business.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish. You use both languages to lead sales conversations with clients and prospective members across the Americas.
• Strong listening skills. You ask useful questions and explain ideas in plain language.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI. You use them to improve your work and check the quality of the output.
• Ownership of your work. You prepare for meetings and follow through. You seek feedback and put it into practice.
• You are based in Florida.

• As your skills grow, you take on more of the sales process. Your path leads towards owning relationships and closing business across enterprise clients and community memberships.
