Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Meet with buyers to understand their needs, goals, and budget
Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
Help buyers find suitable homes and prepare offers and contracts
Negotiate offers and guide buyers through closing
Manage buyer leads and follow-ups using our CRM
Follow proven sales and lead-conversion systems
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Deliver an exceptional buyer experience

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

Active Real Estate License required
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Coachable, accountable, and growth-minded
Strong time management and follow-through
Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
Sales experience and a proven track record preferred
