Business Analyst

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at Innotech.in. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Gathering and documenting user requirements from various stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications.
• Conducting detailed analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring that all parties stay on track and deadlines are met.
• Collaborating with development teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conducting user acceptance testing and closely monitoring project progress, resolving any issues that arise.
• Providing regular updates to management on project status and escalating any potential risks or delays.
• Staying informed on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve processes and systems.
• Acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques.
• Proven experience in conducting functional and technical analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
