Landscape Project Crew Lead

As a Landscape Project Crew Lead, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting a small team to complete a variety of outdoor construction tasks. This position offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, work on diverse projects, and interact directly with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and train a crew of 2-3 team members on landscape construction projects
- Plan and organize daily and weekly project activities to meet production goals
- Read and interpret designer blueprint plans to ensure accurate project execution
- Install retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation systems, pavers, sod, plants, and related features
- Track job progress and ensure work is completed to company standards
- Interact with customers on-site to ensure job quality and satisfaction
- Operate equipment such as skid steers (experience is a plus)
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in landscape and/or construction work
- Previous experience installing retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation, pavers, sod, and plants
- Experience leading teams of 2-5 people
- Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to read and follow blueprint plans
- Experience operating skid steers is a plus
