Join our dynamic team as a Landscaping Crew Lead! We are a dedicated and fun team looking for an experienced landscaper to lead a small maintenance crew of 2-3 members. This role involves overseeing various landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a positive team environment. If you are passionate about landscaping and have leadership experience, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small landscaping crew of 2-3 members
- Oversee and execute small one-man projects depending on the season and workload
- Operate and maintain basic landscaping equipment
- Ensure all projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in landscaping
- Experience managing or leading a small landscape crew
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Knowledge of and ability to operate basic landscaping equipment
