Responsibilities

Lead and supervise an enhancement crew to complete landscape bed and softscape projects according to company and industry standards
Ensure all projects are started, managed, and finished efficiently and with attention to detail
Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the duration of each project
Follow all safety and maintenance procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to each job
Communicate with clients to ensure their vision is achieved and satisfaction is met

Qualifications

1-3+ years of experience in the landscape industry preferred
Experience with trimming shrubs and trees, plant identification, and bed maintenance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Proficient in operating standard landscaping equipment such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation

$39,520/yr–$43,680/yr starting salary. Compensation is based on skills and experience.
