Enhancement Crew Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an enhancement crew to complete landscape bed and softscape projects according to company and industry standards
• Ensure all projects are started, managed, and finished efficiently and with attention to detail
• Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the duration of each project
• Follow all safety and maintenance procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to each job
• Communicate with clients to ensure their vision is achieved and satisfaction is met

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in the landscape industry preferred
• Experience with trimming shrubs and trees, plant identification, and bed maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficient in operating standard landscaping equipment such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation

$39,520/yr–$43,680/yr starting salary. Compensation is based on skills and experience.
