Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise an enhancement crew to complete landscape bed and softscape projects according to company and industry standards
- Ensure all projects are started, managed, and finished efficiently and with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the duration of each project
- Follow all safety and maintenance procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to each job
- Communicate with clients to ensure their vision is achieved and satisfaction is met
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in the landscape industry preferred
- Experience with trimming shrubs and trees, plant identification, and bed maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient in operating standard landscaping equipment such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Compensation
$39,520/yr–$43,680/yr starting salary. Compensation is based on skills and experience.
