Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Indiana SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• School-based SLP experience preferred, though strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary school teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with a broad range of speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of student progress and service delivery
• Deliver both direct and consultative speech services in accordance with students’ individual needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, professional development, and consultations with staff and caregivers
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment by advocating for students’ communication access
