Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The assignment begins July 27th, 2026, and runs through May 27th, 2027, providing a full academic year of rewarding and impactful work.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 90 students efficiently
• Strong understanding of IEP paperwork, progress monitoring, and service delivery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mentality

Your Day-to-Day:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K–5
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs, in collaboration with educators and families
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ educational and communication goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
• Travel between two elementary sites as part of your weekly schedule
