We specialize in guiding clients through life’s most challenging moments, including contested and uncontested divorce, adoptions, child custody, and guardianship cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, guardianship, and adoption.

- Provide clients with compassionate, personalized legal guidance and counsel.

- Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions.

- Manage caseload with autonomy, while also working collaboratively with our dedicated team.

- Appear in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations to advocate for clients.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

- Licensed to practice law in the state of New Mexico.

- 1-3 years of experience in family law or related fields preferred.

- Strong courtroom presence and excellent communication skills.

- A self-starter who is motivated in helping others and committed to providing compassionate service to clients.

- Empathy, integrity, and a commitment to providing clients with exceptional service.
