- Prospect within assigned accounts, create opportunities, and close new business (100% on new business within existing accounts)
- Achieve license and recurring revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with executives and key decision-makers
- Lead Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and value
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and BD
- Identify and remove account blockers proactively
- Collaborate with our CRO and Co-Founder (R&D) in San Jose
- 5+ years of SaaS Sales or Account Management experience with Fortune 500 enterprises
- Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and expand within large accounts
- Experience selling to CRM, HR, L&D, Procurement, and IT stakeholders
- Consultative, value-based selling approach grounded in ROI and cost-benefit analysis
- Consistent record of exceeding quota
- Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a global setup
- Willingness to travel 50%+
- Are self-driven and thrive with minimal oversight
