Position Overview:

• The Dickinson OP clinic on State Street is owned and operated by RehabVisions
• Serving the Dickinson community for 25 years:
• Adult and peds caseload mix
• Pay range $39 – $45 per hour, depending on experience for full-time. A pay-for-performance bonus plan with incentives tied to your clinical results.
• Flexible $8,000 career bonus – use it for sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or combination
• AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time
• Evidence-based clinical programs to help you deliver top-quality patient outcomes
• Part-time and PRN/on-call hours also available

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Possess or be eligible for ND state licensure
