Manufacturing Engineer IV

Job Description The Manufacturing Engineer IV develops, reviews and evaluates manufacturing processes, working with the engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure that manufacturing goals are achieved safely and efficiently. Compensation: Minimum Salary 110,832.54 - Maximum Salary 138,540.68 Responsibilities Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes Investigate new manufacturing and tooling methods Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs Design new manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products Work with the engineering and the production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes Integrate new products and product refinements into production Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation Determine the manufacturing processes required to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification Qualifications Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (12) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (6) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree. OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a PhD. Experience with Manufacturing, processes and testing in accordance with MIL-PRF-38534 / / / MIL-STD 883 Additional Information This position may require access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws.
