We are seeking a confident and proactive Outbound Appointment Setter to support a senior sales professional at a leading digital media company. This role focuses on cold calling prospective clients, introducing our services, and booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys engaging with new people and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided prospect list.
• Introduce the company's digital media solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the senior sales representative.
• Accurately update call outcomes and notes within the CRM.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively on every call.
• Meet agreed KPIs relating to outbound activity and appointment generation.
• Provide regular updates on outreach performance and pipeline activity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with senior decision-makers over the phone.
• Experience using CRM platforms (experience with GoHighLevel is highly desirable).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home working environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

$300 - $500 a month Hours: Part-Time 10 Hours/Week
