Sales Coordinator

Join The Blossom Today The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team while helping ensure a seamless experience for clients and hotel partners. This role assists with sales inquiries, proposals, contracts, client communications, group bookings, site visits, reporting, and maintaining accurate sales records and systems. Key responsibilities include preparing sales documents and presentations, responding to client requests, maintaining account and group information, coordinating appointments and site tours, assisting with group room blocks and event details, and ensuring important deadlines and follow-up activities are completed. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with Sales, Convention Services, Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and Food & Beverage to ensure accurate communication and smooth execution of group and client needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel, sales, administrative, or hospitality experience is preferred . Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are important. Previous Hilton experience and familiarity with Hilton sales systems are a plus.
