Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in managing active litigation matters, preparing cases for trial, and maintaining organized case files in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative, clerical, and data entry tasks
• Manage attorney calendars and scheduling
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, meetings, and pre-depositions
• Maintain and organize legal documents using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
• E-file legal documents through the Texas E-Portal System
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and conferences
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and other legal documents
• Handle correspondence with parties and non-parties via email, mail, and certified mail
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and scheduling
• Set up Court Calls and Zoom hearings
• Support attorneys with additional litigation-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish
• Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal or legal assistant preferred
• Knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing processes
• Experience with Texas E-Portal filing system is preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
• Detail-oriented with strong document management skills
