Duties Support mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance transactions. Assist clients with equity financings and technology transfers. Engage in complex licensing and collaboration arrangements. Provide domestic and international tax planning advice. Requirements 4‑6 years of tax experience. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance preferred. Excellent communication skills and work ethic. Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment. Education Superior academic credentials required. Certifications Bar admission in good standing. Skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
