Responsibilities: • Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements • Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Lead a Team of HR professionals to support the Bedrosians Organization • Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that align with our company's goals. • Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure we attract, onboard, and retain top talent. • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management. • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization. • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training and development needs, enhancing employee skills and career growth opportunities. Qualifications: • Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major • Over 5 years of Human Resource Supervisory experience • Professional in HR (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification or similar organization Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
