Fund Formation Associate

Working within highly regarded Funds practices, you'll advise leading private equity sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on the structuring, formation and operation of sophisticated private investment funds. The opportunities offer exposure to a broad range of fund strategies, including private equity, credit, infrastructure and real estate, alongside complex domestic and cross-border matters. Requirements Class of 2025 or above with experience gained at a leading U.S. or international law firm. Experience advising on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds. Exposure to private equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate or other alternative investment funds. Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills. A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients. Ability to work effectively within high-performing teams on complex and fast-moving matters.
