Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving middle school students as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) this academic year. Deliver your expertise in person at a supportive school, working alongside a collaborative educational team to make a lasting impact on students in grades 6 through 8. This position is urgently needed, with interviews scheduled for September 8, 2026, between 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm—candidates should be prepared to share their availability during this timeframe.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a related discipline
• Active FL State SLP License
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students ages 11–14
• Capacity to independently manage caseloads of 60–65 students
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for IEP meetings, parent updates, and staff coordination

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy for assigned caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
• Contribute to multidisciplinary IEP teams and coordinate with educational staff
• Adjust therapeutic interventions to address diverse student needs and learning styles
• Ensure compliance with district and legal documentation requirements
