Facility Inspection & Site Monitor– Facility Inspection & Site Monitoring

Night Shift #1- Monday - Wednesday 6P-6A, Thursday 6P-Midnight

Night Shift #2- Thursday Midnight-6A Friday-Sunday 6P-6A

We are hiring two people, one for each shift.

Lead Mission Critical is seeking dependable, detail-oriented people to perform routine inspections of a mission-critical facility. This role is responsible for conducting scheduled walkthroughs, completing inspection checklists, identifying and reporting potential issues, and ensuring accurate documentation of facility conditions.

The ideal candidate is observant, reliable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while maintaining excellent communication with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled facility inspections and walkthroughs.
• Complete inspection checklists accurately and thoroughly.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or operational issues.
• Document findings using company reporting systems.
• Communicate observations promptly and professionally.
• Follow all site safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working independently.
