Part-Time Receptionist – Wednesdays and Sundays Location: Waldorf, MD | Schedule: Part‑Time, 2–3 Days per Week | Required Availability: Wednesdays and Sundays Join Our Team J.J.’s Auto Service Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part‑Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping people, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced automotive service environment. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and assist with general customer inquiries Check customers in and notify service advisors of their arrival Process customer payments and provide receipts Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform light administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry Assist the management and service teams with additional office tasks as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using computers and learning new software #J-18808-Ljbffr JJS Auto Service Center LLC
