Key Responsibilities\n

• As an Independent Contractor, you will have the autonomy to manage your practice while collaborating with us to align on patient care strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of students, particularly focusing on adolescents and young adults.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic support plans, integrating evidence-based approaches to foster resilience and academic success.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions specific to students’ needs.

• Regularly communicate with teachers and guardians to provide updates on student progress and to coordinate care in a team-oriented manner.

• Guide clients in accessing community resources, including academic support services, peer mentoring programs, and crisis intervention services.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans thoroughly in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
