Working Title Temporary Athletics Event Staff Summary Be part of the UNCW game day experience! We are seeking temporary, as-needed, event staff members for assisting UNCW home athletic events. Responsibilities include: Shot clock Operator Video/Replay/Camera Ops Statisticians PA Announcer Music Scoreboard Operator Play by Play Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalency. Must be highly dependable, flexible, and available to work evenings and weekends. Possess excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public. Strong problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time both indoors and outdoors. Work effectively as a team member. Previous experience preferred. Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Previous event staffing experience Work Hours As needed basis - usually weekend or evening hours Work Days Varies by events Hours Per Week Intermittent, occasional work for events Anticipated Hiring Range $15 hour - $25 hour Special Instructions PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary position.
