Whether it provides relief from pain or restoring mobility, we are here to help our patients reclaim their health and well-being.How You Will Make an Impact:As a Patient Services Coordinator at ProCare Injury Specialists, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see, setting a welcoming tone for their visit and helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience. You’ll support our clinical teams by managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and offering exceptional customer service, all while keeping patient data organized and up-to-date. If you’re a detail-oriented team player who loves helping others and has a passion for making people feel at ease, we’d love to have you join our team!What You Will Do:Handle appointment scheduling, answer incoming calls, and follow up with patients across multiple clinicsAccurately enter patient information into our EMR system and manage new patient registrationsConfirm and update patient demographic and insurance detailsKeep provider schedules running smoothly and ensure the clinic operates seamlesslyRespond to patient inquiries, offering helpful information about our services and proceduresGreet patients with a warm, friendly smile and make them feel right at homeAssist with any other tasks to keep the clinic running efficiently and provide the best possible care to our patientsOther duties as assignedWhat You Will Bring:High school diploma or equivalent required.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with patients and colleaguesBilingual in Spanish is a plus (but not required).Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Experience with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMRs) is a plus.A compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a professional attitude.Workplace Culture and Environment:Our workplace culture is rooted in support, collaboration, and genuine care.
