Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator Austin, TX IMA Clinical Research is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our Austin, TX team. As the first person patients and study participants meet when they arrive, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy clinical research site. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. What You’ll Do Greet and check in patients and study participants Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule and confirm appointments Assist with patient intake and registration Maintain accurate records and update participant information Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment Support research and administrative staff with clerical tasks Help coordinate patient flow throughout the office Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working with patients both in person and over the phone Proficient with computers and basic office software Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented Why Join IMA Clinical Research?
