What You’ll Do

As a 1915(i) Service Staff member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through our ecosystem-based network of care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide whole-person support.
• Assisting individuals in accessing mental health, education, employment, housing, and other community resources.
• Building meaningful connections with clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
• Supporting clients in their journey toward independence, stability, and personal growth.
• Ensuring seamless coordination of services within our interconnected ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is compassionate, resourceful, and committed to creating positive change. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field such as social services, mental health, or community support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A collaborative mindset to work effectively with a team and community partners.
• A passion for helping others and a belief in the power of holistic, ecosystem-based care.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely service delivery.
