Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage with couples and families through both joint and individual therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the best therapeutic approaches for couples and families.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that address various challenges, including communication difficulties, conflicts within families, alcohol and substance abuse, and adjusting to separation or divorce.

• Providing therapy for a range of issues such as grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and job stress to promote overall family cohesion and individual well-being.

• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies and digital tools to deliver therapy effectively in a remote setting.

• Regularly evaluating and adapting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
