Job Description 【Job Title】：Lazada Intern (Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur) 【Job Description】: Assist in daily operational tasks, supporting the team in achieving business objectives and targets. Participate in various projects, contributing to the development and improvement of processes and systems. Learn and understand e-commerce operations, including customer service, order management, and seller support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution. Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business growth. 【Job Requirements】: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with recent graduates or students in their final year of study. Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malay. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and time management skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of data analysis.
