Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist - Drug Therapy & Safety
Chesapeake Regional Healthcare
Chesapeake Regional Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist responsible for ensuring the safe provision of medications and monitoring drug therapies to provide adequate patient care. The role includes reviewing prescriptions, educating medical staff, and maintaining pharmacy records.
