Human Resources Manager
The Judge Group Inc
The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a Manufacturing company in the College Park, GA area.
COMPENSATION: 90k to 100k
MUST HAVE: 5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the point of contact and Human Resources representative for the site for interviews, employee onboarding - off boarding, safety audits, etc
- Support and facilitate training activities within the facility
- Maintain pertinent HR documentation and coordinate with corporate
- Coordinates interviews
- Adhere to and identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the fascility
- Perform onboarding for new hires and exit interviews
- Practices safe work practices
- Performs facility tours and safety inspections
- Investigate and document workplace accidents and process workers compensation claims
- Strong Microsoft Office Proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Reporting Capability
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- An Associates or Bachelors degree
- Payroll and benefits processing experience
- Solid Excel experience (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
