Talent Acquisition Partner
Are you passionate about connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunity? CMI Media Group is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to play a pivotal role in our expanding team. This position offers the exciting opportunity to spearhead full life-cycle recruitment, focusing on diverse departments including media, analytics, search, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic candidate evaluation: Review resumes and credentials, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational objectives. Conduct comprehensive prescreening of candidates, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Proactive talent sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online resources, networking, and employee referrals, to identify top-tier candidates. Leverage your expertise in media and advertising to attract and engage exceptional talent.
- Streamlined interview coordination: Manage all aspects of the interview process efficiently, from scheduling to logistics. Facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Comprehensive candidate support: Provide candidates with in-depth information about our company culture, values, and career opportunities. Conduct post-interview follow-ups to assess candidate satisfaction and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
- Continuous improvement initiatives: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
- Advertising/media agency recruitment is a huge plus!
- Genuine enthusiasm for finding the perfect fit between candidates and roles
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines through strong time management skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication.
