Senior Bankruptcy Paralegal - Case & Filings Specialist

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. Communicate with clients, creditors, and trustees to gather information and provide case updates. Draft bankruptcy-related motions, notices, and correspondence. Manage case deadlines and assist with hearings and court filings. Maintain and organize client files in compliance with legal standards. Requirements: 5+ years of Bankruptcy Paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house at a financial services firm A bachelor's degree is preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The annual base salary range is $110k to $170k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
