General Labor – 3rd Shift

Location: Grandville, MI

Pay: $17.20/hour

Shift:

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable General Labor associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting with the production of corrugated packaging products by operating equipment, stacking finished materials, inspecting product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the production and packaging of corrugated cardboard products.
Stack, sort, bundle, and palletize finished materials.
Feed materials into production equipment and remove finished products.
Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Complete basic production documentation as required.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
