Core Medical Benefits Product Director

• Lead the strategy, governance, evolution, and lifecycle management of the medical benefit portfolio
• Develop and maintain competitive, compliant, and market-leading benefit offerings
• Establish the long‑term benefit roadmap and prioritize investments
• Oversee implementation readiness and partner across Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive opportunities

Requirements

• Significant experience in health plan product management, benefit strategy, benefit design, healthcare product development, or related areas
• Deep understanding of medical benefits, employer-sponsored healthcare products, funding arrangements, and benefit administration
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements impacting benefit design and management
• Demonstrated success leading product portfolios, strategic roadmaps, and cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience developing business cases, evaluating market opportunities, and prioritizing investments
• Ability to translate customer, market, and business needs into actionable product and benefit strategies
• Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
• If working at home occasionally or permanently, internet connection must be through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
