Director, Medical Benefits Product Strategy & Roadmap

Jobtailor seeks a senior Health Plan Product Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle of the medical benefit portfolio in the United States. You will drive competitive, compliant benefit offerings and establish a long-term roadmap in partnership with Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams.
You will evaluate market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs, prioritizing investments and enabling data-driven decisions.
