?? What You'll Be Doing
Managing shipping and receiving operations for freight and ground shipments (UPS and other carriers)
Creating and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs) with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments to keep everything moving smoothly
Answering customer and vendor phone calls with professionalism and a smile
Keeping records organized and ensuring shipments are documented correctly
? What We're Looking For
Experience with QuickBooks
Ability to create and process Bill of Lading (BOL) forms
Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures for freight and ground transportation
Excellent customer service and phone communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organized
A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
