Recruiting Coordinator

Job Overview: The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the recruiting team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for all candidates and hiring managers. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting the overall talent acquisition strategy. Job Summary** Job Responsibilities Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) for candidates with hiring managers and interview panels, managing calendars and sending confirmations. Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork. Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates on application status and answering inquiries. Assist with creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and career sites. Prepare offer letters and employment agreements for review and distribution. Support recruiters in sourcing and screening resumes for entry-level positions. Organize and attend career fairs and recruiting events as needed. Process recruiting-related invoices and expenses. Generate reports on recruiting metrics and activity as requested. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information. Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within Human Resources or Recruiting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
