YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Youcollaboratewith branch managers to ensure smooth operations, set sales goals, andmaintainstaffing, fleet, and marketing plans You manage financial tasks including reporting, billing, and analysis of financial statements You lead, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for branch managers and staff tomaintaina motivated and well-informed team environment You manage cost control,monitorexpenses, and ensure adherence to company standards and operational processes You focus on increasing market penetration, revenue, and branch performance through strategic planning and regular staff communication

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience & Education You hold abachelor'sdegree with at least 10 years of experience in sales or customer service, including 5-7 years operations management overseeing multiple branches; proven leadership skills to guide teams effectively Supervisory & Communication Skills Youpossessgood supervisory skills,strong communicationskills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus), and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Organization & Customer Service You are highly organized and have excellent customer service skills Work Authorization & License You mustbe authorized towork in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future, and you are at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license with a clean record Work Hours & Travel You can work40 hoursper week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (20%), some of which may be by airplane
