1st Shift Hand Bindery Finisher - DIRECT HIRE $20-23/hr DOE

• Inspect printed and bound products for quality defects.
• Perform finishing functions such as sorting, collating, kitting, labeling, and packaging.
• Complete hand bindery operations for custom and small-batch projects.
• Stitch, glue, and assemble printed materials according to specifications.
• Make accept/reject quality decisions on finished products.
• Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on bindery experience.
• Printing, print press, or bindery production experience.
• Experience performing quality inspections.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Climate-controlled printing facility.
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to production equipment noise.
• Clean and organized workspace.
• Regular interaction with printing presses, bindery equipment, and finishing machinery.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Plymouth,MN.
