Chef Louie's Corporate Food Service, a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience serving delicious corporate dining in Boston, is seeking a talented and motivated Full Time Prep Utility to join our enthusiastic team. Main Responsibilities
- Prepare workstations, cook ingredients, and set up kitchen equipment efficiently
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized kitchen environment
- Follow strict sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
- Operate kitchen equipment and sanitation areas with care and skill
- Showcase excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities
Requirements
- Prior experience as a prep or utility worker in a kitchen setting
- Proficient in operating various kitchen equipment
- Knowledgeable about sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work quickly under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
