Successful candidates will have a teachable spirit, work independently in a team environment, and possess the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.**Job responsibilities:*** Manages positive, supportive relationships with assigned client groups, providing a range of HR support, benefits, performance feedback, compensation.* Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation and benefits; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.* Process leaves and educates employees on requirements.* Responds to unemployment claims and participate in hearings.* Coaches hospital leaders on progressive discipline and proper documentation* Ability to navigate complex organizations and use critical thinking to solve issues.* Demonstrations excellent customer service and follow up with all levels of the organization.* Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.* Runs and analyzes ad-hoc reports in Workday.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Requirements:*** Minimum of four years HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience including Employee Relations, FMLA, and supporting 250+ employees and/or multiple locations.* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field. + Or a certificate in Human Resources (optional with a minimum of 5 years’ HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.* Strong knowledge of multi-state employment labor laws* Experience with Workday a plus* Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software.
