All Steady Logistics | College Park, GA (Atlanta) | $23/hour + Overtime | No OTR
Done with OTR? Stop living in the truck. With All Steady Logistics you are never more than 2 days out. Run 2 days, come home for your 10-hour reset, run 2 more, then you are home for 4 days. Regional Amazon freight within 550 miles of Atlanta, 100% no-touch, in newer automatic Kenworths. Weekly pay every Wednesday. Apply today and you could be in paid orientation as soon as next week.
All Steady Logistics is an Amazon Freight Partner hiring Class A CDL drivers out of our yard at 2856 Sullivan Road in College Park, just south of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
TYPICAL OTR VS. ALL STEADY
- Typical OTR: weeks away from home. All Steady: never more than 2 days out
- Typical OTR: forced dispatch. All Steady: 4 on / 4 off, or drive the days you choose
- Typical OTR: touch freight and tarps. All Steady: 100% no-touch drop and hook
- Second chance and SAP drivers welcome
PAY
- $23.00 per hour, W2
- Weekly pay every Wednesday
- Overtime pay after 40 hours
- Eligible for a raise of up to $0.25/hour after 3 months, based on performance
- Driver referral program our drivers love
- Paid orientation
PICK YOUR SCHEDULE
- 4 On / 4 Off: out 2 days, home for your 10-hour reset, out 2 more days, then home for 4 days
- Your availability: send us the days you can work a week ahead and you are only scheduled on those days. Routes run a maximum of 14 hours.
- Never more than 2 days out, and all routes stay within 550 miles of College Park
- Full-time or part-time, whichever fits your life
THE WORK
- 100% no-touch, drop and hook Amazon freight
- No loading or unloading, no tarps, no straps, no scanners
- No doubles, triples, hazmat or reefer
- 2022 and newer Kenworth T680s, all automatic, with APU, refrigerator, microwave and power converter
BENEFITS
- Medical, dental and vision, with family coverage, after 3 months
- Full-time drivers can get up to 50 hours per week
- Safe drivers with more availability get more hours
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL (Georgia CDL preferred)
- All experience levels welcome, OTR experience a plus
- 21 years or older
- Clean MVR with no recent violations in the last 2 years
- Valid DOT medical card
- Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test
- Live within 45 miles of College Park, GA
FAST HIRING PROCESS
- Apply online (takes a few minutes)
- An All Steady Logistics recruiter contacts you, usually the same day, for a quick text or phone screening
- Complete online paperwork, then an in-person drug screen and road test
- Attend paid 6-hour orientation near the airport. Apply by Monday and you could be in orientation the following Tuesday once your background clears.
You will not be employed by Amazon. You will work directly for All Steady Logistics, a local transportation company that partners with Amazon.
