Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience
3-5 years related experience in a supervisory role
Minimum 5 years related experience in a supervisory role
Experience in aggregates facility or other heavy industry is highly preferred
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the plant
Direct the daily activities of employees working in the plant
Responsible for the safety of employees in the plant
Create work orders and pass information over to plant maintenance personnel
Ensure Production equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner
