Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting teletherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Thoroughly assessing clients' mental health conditions and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and circumstances.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions while creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Maintaining meticulous, confidential client records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients, particularly those in detoxification programs, ensuring comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on clients seeking support for substance-use disorders and various mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse population, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current LCSW license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
