Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room provides high-quality urgent care to patients experiencing acute health issues. They collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely, evidence-based nursing services that promote patient recovery and safety.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients physical, psychosocial, and educational needs upon arrival and throughout care.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient conditions and needs.
  
  
• 
  Perform appropriate interventions, including emergency procedures, to stabilize patients.
  
  
• 
  Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust nursing care accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and adherence to hospital policies.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess at least 3 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing.
  
  
• 
  Hold current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
  
  
• 
  Maintain a valid State Nursing License in Michigan.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and emergency intervention skills.
  
  
• 
  Show ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
